My experience living in Rocky Mount or more specific on Beal Street is: its a peaceful, loving neighborhood. It is very Multicultural throught the length of Beal street itself, where a mix of all races, colors and genders and economic levels reside in peace, which makes it a down to earth place with good vibes. A great place to raise a family or even a great place to live if you are single too.
