Guests are not permitted on the property without an adult who is 25 years or older. The booking guest must be 25 years or older and remain on the property for the entire duration of the reservation.
***Guests are required to use tags provided at check in inside the rental packet to dispose of trash at the community dumpster about 7 minutes away from the house*** - failure to do so will result in additional charge of $30
** Hot tub water - Please note we are located on a well and due to the high iron content in our water and the use of chemicals to balance the water in the hot tub, it may turn a tinge of orange, green or turquoise (depending on the type and amount of mineral present at the time).
***Do not EMPTY the hot tub or leave it uncovered!***
PET RULES (dogs only)
1. The dog cannot be left unattended outside or inside of the house.
2. Please do not allow your pet on furniture, such as armchairs, sofa, or beds.
3. Please pick up and dispose of waist from the yard.
4. There will be a pet fee of $150 per pet per stay maximum ONE pet.

While this unique cabin is located in a quaint community, with a pool, lake, and beach access, it is also central to all the adventures the Poconos has to offer including, Big Boulder, Jack Frost, Split Rock Indoor Water Park, Jim Thorpe, Pocono Raceway, as well as white water rafting, paintball, wineries, parks, skiing, tubing, hiking, ATV, fishing, and MORE!
