  • Kathleen was a great host. The room was clean and comfortable. She gave us a good tip where to go in Connemara. We had a perfect stay!

  • Kathleen was incredibly sweet and helped us book our ferry across to Scotland as well as tell us where to go in Galway City. The wifi worked well, everything was very clean, and a really comfy bed awaited us after a night of music and pints. Very very good B n B, would definitely stay there again.

  • Just returned from our stay in Galway with Kathleen Fahy. It was a terrific experience from start to finish. Kathleen is a gracious hostess, and genuinely caring, helping us in any way she could with the room, a fine breakfast, all kinds of helpful advice and guidance on how to get the most in our travels throughout the area. The room was comfortable and suited any needs we had very well. Thanks, Kathleen!

  • We loved Kathleen! She was so nice and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The place is very nice and quiet and the room was very clean and the perfect size for two people. Kathleen made us a wonderful breakfast in the morning before the bus (that she arranged for us) picked us up right out front to begin our journey to the beautiful Cliffs of Moher. City center Galway is just nice 10 minute walk to get to all the restaurants, pubs and shops. I would highly recommend Kathleen's place to anyone traveling to Galway.

  • Kathleen runs a tight, elegant and astoundingly helpful ship. She picked us up from a different B&B we were staying at 2.5 miles out of town and drove us to the bus at the end of our stay. Her bedrooms are perfection and the linens luxurious. Her irish breakfast was the best we had served in the most civil manner on beautiful china and she organized for a bus to pick us up for an 8 hour tour around the cliffs of moher that was wonderful. Follow her advice on music and beer bars for it is EXCELLENT. She helped us make our visit to Galway a 10/10.

  • Kathleen is a lovely host of a traditional B&B - with ensuite....nice quiet neighbourhood not far from the Bay (Salt Hill area) - Very good breakfasts done very punctually

The best part of this stay apart from Kathleen's warmth was her knowledge of places to go to - Kathleen was great and gave us some great ideas about places to go and see- I as a ressult would now recommend Achill Isle, Connemarra, Cliffs of Moher and the Aran Isles

  • Kathleen was an absolute wonderful host, going above and beyond to make our stay amazing. She was a great resource for what to see in and around Galway (ask her for her route through Connemara; it was stunning!), and has great recommendations for food and shopping. She ever helped us sort out our car rental issue, communicating with the rental agency to get us a new car. And the house was literally spotless, the rooms very comfortable, and the location perfect to walk into the downtown of Galway. I cannot recommend her place enough!
