Other Things to Note
Don't hesitate to contact us for any question!
This is a non smoking apartment so if you do smoke it would be greatly appreciated for you to go on the balcony.
Please let us know if you are travelling with a pet prior to make the reservation as we can only accept small animals (we love them all though :D)
We also ask all of our guests to leave their shoes on the stairs, the flooring is oil based and very sensitive to dirt and shoe rubber.
Then this is just a reminder but as per airbnb rules guests must always ask the host before inviting other people in.
Check out is at noon unless no one arrives the same day. Check in starts at 2PM unless there is no one before you. We can always keep your luggage for the day at home no worries.
I don't think there could be a better airbnb experience for a first timer like me! Tristan and David really went the extra mile to make us feel at home and the appartment was well placed to see Montreal with lots going on around it.
Tristan and David have a beautiful house. They are also great people, although we didnt get much chance to talk. But, they replied promptly and were really helpful from letting us keep our luggage for longer than our check-in and check-out times, and helping out with our other queries. We had a wonderful experience staying at their lovely home, which is as they say 2-minute walk from metro which was really convenient. The neighborhood was also pretty good.
We had a wonderful time at Tristan and David's place and could not actually hope for a better place to stay in Montreal, as for its location and beauty. Their apartment was even more awesome than the pictures posted.
Also, Tristan and David are really welcoming and kind hosts. They did everything to make us comfortable such as helping us to park the car in the district or to give us the possibility to let our things at the place the day after, before taking our flight. We warmly recommand this place and its great guests!
Our actual stay exceeded the expectations that we'd had based upon reading previous reviews.
First of all, the apartment is absolutely beautifully decorated (it belongs in a Pottery Barn magazine) and so conveniently situated in Montreal. Super close to the metro and many restaurants! Because we visited in July, we were also able to witness the summer fireworks from the bridge right across from the apartment.
Second, both Tristan and David were extremely welcoming and so pleasant to interact with. Tristan helped us find parking when we first arrived, even driving around with us until we found a good spot. Both gave great suggestions for things to do and see in Montreal during our stay, and we could not have asked for better hosts.
Tristan and David were great hosts! They made us feel welcomed and recommended things to do around town. Their home is beautiful and in a great location, we will definitely revisit!
This apartment is just beautiful! I wish it were mine! Tristan and David were incredibly accommodating, especially since my daughter and I arrived fairly late (Women's World Cup Game). Tristan kept in contact very well and both made us feel right at home.
Tristan's apartment is a beautiful, quiet and restful retreat. My husband and I very much enjoyed our night in his space. Not only was it very attractive but also very tidy and convenient to downtown. Although our stay was short we would recommend Tristan's apartment to anyone looking for a nice stay in Montreal!

About the Host, Tristan
France native living in Montreal for more than 10 years now. I'm a nature lover, I'm very respectful and deeply in love with Airbnb. We've had the chance to meet exceptional people from all over the world along the years we've been hosting guests and I definitely think Airbnb is the best way to travel and discover places.
I speak French of course, English and I still have a bit of Spanish from my time living in Mexico.
I am 29 as my boyfriend David who lives with me. If you're about to share the place with us, we're quiet respectful and fun (I think!). We'll be really happy to welcome you to our home and definitely ready to help you with the city :-)
Looking forward to meet you!
