Our building was built in 1930. The apartment was originally a boarding house that sat above a retail store. While it has been fully remodeled, the exposed brick walls, wood floors, transom doors, and much of the trim are original to the building, retaining its ninety year old charm. The sitting area and the front bedroom each have a door that opens onto the balcony that over looks the downtown entertainment district. The areas best shops, boutiques, and restaurants are on the same block!

The space
The apartment has a large eat in kitchen that is perfect for family getaways or having a girls weekender. Very large bathroom has two separate large vanities to make getting ready for the night out easier.

During your stay you will have the very best the area has to offer right at your door step, literally! You will be in the heart of the entertainment district with the Historic Grounds coffee shop and diner, located inside the old pharmacy and soda fountain, they have great breakfast and lunch, Mio Sogno Ristorante offers the best in Italian cuisine, The Lunchbox has great sandwiches and soups for lunch, JW Bar & Grille and Legends Sofa Bar are all within walking distance and most are on the same block! Grapes and Hops is the wine shop right across the street, the best boutiques, unique gift shops, offering many locally and regionally handmade products, as well as salons and even the new full service day spa is all within sight of the front door! You can even schedule an art class at one of the art studios in town.
If you are an outdoor enthusiast the best hiking, repelling, bouldering, canoeing and kayaking are also within minutes of your stay. You can even take the covered bridge tour of the area and check out the beautiful rivers and bridges around the county. With the Agribusiness Center just down the street you may want to check out the farmers market or even catch the rodeo when it is in town.
A great place to experience any of the festivals, parades, or street events going on in town.
