Casa Farlisa, an old farmhouse from the late 19th century, is the ideal solution for a holiday with friends or family. The outdoor spaces are large and welcoming. For your exclusive use, in the 2000 m2 garden, the private 10x3 m swimming pool, and a heated hot tub, a fitness room, a large shaded veranda, the BBQ area and a playground. The space
The interior spaces of the villa are divided into three independent rooms that can accommodate up to 8 adults and overlook a large secret garden of 2000 square meters protected by high walls and an ancient stone baglio typical of the country houses in this area of south-eastern Sicily. One of the ground floor apartments also houses the cozy kitchen with living area, carefully equipped for pleasant moments together. There are 3 full bathrooms with shower.
Outside, usable for almost all year, the private swimming pool with solarium and outdoor shower, two panoramic terraces, a heated hydromassage mini pool, a large shaded veranda, a playground for the little ones, a fitness room, barbecue in masonry and a small garden of medicinal plants.

At your disposal an ancient farmhouse, consisting of the park of 2000 square meters, a private pool, two terraces and interiors.
For your comfort and to guarantee you a true welcome experience, you will also find a courtesy set, ecological soaps, bed linen and towels.
With the aim of guaranteeing you an unforgettable holiday and make you feel at home, among the services offered you will have unlimited WIFI, Alexa, Netflix, Amazon prime, Firetv, Apple music. In addition to this, you will have books, guides and tips.
Free parking for guests, inside the property and video monitored.
Other things to note
Children are always welcome and for them Casa Farlisa will arrange, upon request, maximum 2 cots with changing mat, mosquito net, toys and high chair. In addition to this we will provide plates, glasses, cutlery, covers sockets, wooden and table toys, Sicilian fairy tales and not only.
Even though they live in a separate area, our beloved cats and dogs are an integral part of the team.

Casa Farlisa is an ancient estate of the late 1800s transformed into a Villa for groups and families, with all the comforts.
Our history at Casa Farlisa, begins in 2010. During a short vacation, my mother, reaching this corner of Sicily, fell in love with the warm, welcoming atmosphere that beautiful Scicli transmitted to them. So in a crazy moment of passion, he decided to acquire a demolished farm 5 km from Sampieri beach.
The sea and the countryside have always been, for you, the place of tranquility, the "Buen Retiro" desired. Casa Farlisa was the realization of that dream.
Embracing my mother's dream and my love for Sicily, in 2017 I moved from the city of Milan to Scicli, with the aim of renovating the entire property, thanks to my experience as an architect and designer of greenery.
In that same year I founded Casa Farlisa, reinterpreting the Sicilian tradition in a contemporary style, giving value to details and essentiality.
Since then I welcome people and friends from all over the world, looking for peace, relaxation and good food.
Together we do everything we can to offer you an authentic and unforgettable experience of Sicily.
