The space
The Tiny is situated less than 10 minutes drive from Horsham, 40 minutes to the Grampians, a good mid stop on the silo art trail or a stop between Melbourne and Adelaide.

The tiny house looks out to open fields and is set back from the road next to my own home, you are not overlooked and it feels very private. I do have 2 dogs Holly and Maggie who may come and say hello now and then.

The tiny house is a compact space, yet designed in a way to maximize the area with pull out double bed, so when not needed, slides away to become a seating space. There are shelves and wall hook's for hanging and placing things.
The attached bathroom is accessed from the undercover deck area and 3 steps from the tiny house front door.

The deck area has places to sit and relax and a breakfast bar with stools, a great place for breakfast or dinner in the evening if weather permits.

There a number of animals on the property including two friendly dogs ( Maggie and Holly) who loll about the main house and may visit. There is a gate on deck area if you choose to restriction their visits. There is a small flock of hens that free range during the day. and sheep and sometimes cattle that live in the paddocks nearby.

The tiny house is compact in size at 4mt x 2.4mt
attached bathroom is 1.3mt x 2.4mt

the deck is roughly 2.4mt x 4.5mt
(Part of the deck is undercover/roofed 2.4x2mt)

The outside camp fire area is about 15 meters from the tiny.

Smoking is only allowed outside and cigarettes must be safely extinguished and binned.
