We’re always improving! We just added (6/24) Smart TVs to every bedroom and upgraded the living room to a giant TV!

The home has a total of 6 bedrooms that are comfortable, private and thoughtfully put together.

Allergies? Our home is hardwood throughout and strictly non-smoking.

====== BATHROOMS =====

The unit has three full bathrooms and one half bathroom. One bathroom has a historic feel, with a clawfoot tub, and the other has a large, rainfall showerhead featured in a walk-in shower. The final full bath is on the upper level and has a tub/shower. We'll have fresh linens and towels ready for you, as well as soap, shampoo, hair dryers and ironing equipment.

The kitchen is well stocked with a coffee maker, coffee, pots, pans, plates, cups and utensils. We provide the coffee! The kitchen table seats 8.

Neighborhood highlights

The West End Historic District is full of culture, charm and character. The house is in a residential area and the area is very urban and feels such - you are smack in the middle of a huge metropolitan area - and the West End is a rapidly gentrifying neighborhood. You’ll find numerous homes restored to their previous glory next to new construction, as well as homes still in need of renovation.
Our guests love how close the neighborhood is to Atlanta favorites and conferencing sites and the rarity to find such a large home so close in to the city.

We started hosting back in 2015 super traditionally as a way to pay the mortgage on our first home. We enjoyed hosting folks so much that we've expanded our company, Hello Sunshine Rentals, to 7 properties today, and enlisted the help of a hotelier, Yannick, to help us be responsive to our guests and maintain that 7-years running Superhost status.
