Built originally in 1900, this duplex has always been used as long- term yearly leasing. Upon my purchasing it many years ago, I was tired of dealing with people that were tearing up all of my places. I began converting to short-terms, whereas I had better control and much better guests. With this being my sixth short-term Each has a theme and decor to match.
“our little French connection” is a two story with all sleeping on the second floor shot gun style.

The space
You have your place all to yourself, except for the exterior that you will share with “our little checkered past”. The rear yard and outbuilding will be having improvements as the weather improves this summer. It is important to know that the bathroom is downstairs and the two bathrooms are upstairs, and shotgun style.

Guest access
As stated above you have access to all of your side and full yard and porch. There is a patio table and chairs out back, as well as furniture on the front porch.

Other things to note
This is an old place with charm. Layers of paint and wallpaper are on the wall. Oh, if the walls could talk! The original floors and stairs are not quiet as church mice either. The kitchen cabinets are older, but freshly painted. All furnishings are new as all towels, sheets. As a matter of fact the only thing old is the house,and well maybe me.
I do have newer properties in Gallia County.
They all begin with “our little......”, please feel free to look at them.
No smoking inside at all of anything!!! No parties. Beth
