Welcome to the coziest off-grid cabin paradise in Idaho. Surrounded by thousands of acres of private forest land to explore. Only 25 minutes south of Idaho Falls, ID. Unplug and unwind in the newly renovated cabin and enjoy the mountain.

FREE Firewood and makings for S'mores during your stay!

The cabin is on the north side of Taylor Mountain. There are plenty of places to hike, bike, ATV/UTV and more. Deer and moose often pass by the cabin to say hello and see who's visiting.

The space
The 1,000sq ft cabin (including the loft) is recently renovated and is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. It is 100% completely off-grid and is run off of a powerful solar generator. No need to listen to a loud gas generator with awful fumes.

The loft includes a heavy-duty child-proof gate that easily slides into place when you need it and away when you don't. The baby gate is a large wood gate the slides behind the couch and then to the bed to lock it in place. The ladder also swings up out of the way if you want to use the full space in the living room.

From the living room, you can see the beautiful rock formations and trees right outside while you sit warm and comfortable by the easy to use gas burning stove.

3 full-size beds as well as 3 sleeper sofas. A fully equipped kitchen with a full-size fridge, oven, microwave, pots, pans, dishware, utensils, etc...

Plenty of seating for everyone both on couches and chairs/stools. The full-size bathroom will keep everyone comfortable while visiting. 4 large bath towels are provided as well as personal-sized soap.

Enjoy the outside oversized firepit and cook hotdogs, marshmallows, tin foil dinners, or s'mores over the fire. Firewood is not an extra cost and is included with your stay. Fire roasting sticks are provided as well. No ax or saw provided.

There is a large picnic table as well as 3 reclined lawn chairs near the fire pit.

The stream runs right through the property and is immensely relaxing to listen to while enjoying the warm fire. Feel free to set up a hammock by the stream and fall asleep to the calm rushing water.

There is no WiFi but there is a cell booster that does allow you to get 4G phone speeds most of the time.

There is a large LED TV with HDMI connections, DVD player, Wii game console, multiple games, 4 controllers, and movies to use.

The cabin sits on 14 acres of land but the surrounding private land is also accessible for hiking during the warm months and snowmobiling, cross country skiing, snowshoeing during the winter months.

The top of the hill above the cabin overlooks all of Idaho Falls. View the city lights at night from the top of the hill. Or better yet, look up and see the amazing stars at night.

Just 5 miles away are endless trails to ride dirt bikes, ATVs, and UTVs. There are maps included in the welcome packet for reference.

The cabin and property is accessible year-round but during winter months November - March you will need 4 wheel drive to reach the cabin. The road is not maintained during the winter but is driven on daily so it's generally fairly easy to get up to the cabin even during the winter with 4 wheel drive.

My husband and I have lived in SE Idado for 5 years. We love the outdoor activities the area has to offer. We like to go hiking, biking, cross country skiing, snowboarding and camping with our children. We enjoy meeting new people and going new places. Some of our favorite places are Cancun, Paris and Florida.
