About this listing
Centrally located, within easy reach of many of Rome's most famous monuments, the bed & breakfast offers its guests the added bonus of spectacular views over the roof-tops of Rome from the bedroom windows.
Rome has a very big centre and we are inside it.
Starting from our B&B as long as you walk going to the centre there are so many beautiful things to see: 5 min. to St. John Cathedral, 15 to Colosseum and Fori Imperiali, 25 to Piazza Venezia and 40 to Piazza Navona, Campo dei Fiori, Piazza di Spagna and Trevi fountain... be sure you won’ t find it boring!
RE DI ROMA metro station is at 2 min. from our B&B.
Free WiFi access.
Guests can have breakfast for free using the kettle for tea or coffee and the fridge, or they can buy tickets to have breakfast at a good price in a bar near the B&B.
Guests will have the keys of the room and of the apartment: there are no curfew.
Some areas of the B & B are, however, shared with other guests and, therefore, you must be respectful of the needs of all.
At the arrive must be paid the tax of € 3,50 per person per night that we get for the Municipality of Rome (which is why it can not be included in the room rate).
Upon check-in, you have a password for Wi-Fi, a map of central Rome and directions on how to use the common rooms, refrigerator and kettle.
It's necessary to communicate the exact time of check-in because we do not have a 24/7 reception and we must organize to pick you to accept.
Writing to our email, you allow us to send you our "welcome file" with all the information you need to reach us.
Everything was perfect! Gianpolo was very nice and welcoming, he showed us where to go and showed us the great view. The apartment was very close to the metro, 15 minutes away from the coliseum. It was not a bed and breakfast though, just bed. Beds were great, there was no air conditioning, but with the fan it was more than enough. Loved it!
Javier, thank you very much for your feedback.

1. "Guests can have breakfast for free using the kettle for tea or coffee and the fridge, or they can buy tickets to have breakfast at a good price in a bar near the B&B";

All the best
Beautiful apartment in a great neighbourhood.
Gianpaolo was very helpful with all his recommendations.
Would definitely stay again
Gianpaolo was around when we arrived and he was very welcoming. He provided us with all the information and help needed. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the view from the room was great. The toilet was very clean as well. The nearest metro station is just 5 minutes away.
We enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much! :)
The photos of room are perfect , no camera tricks or photo shopped.
Gainpaolo was waiting for us and showed us from the room window, attractions which he circled on a map. Pointed out the metro station 5mins stroll , the metro is so easy to use , only 2 lines but can get very busy. Me and my son arrived at Fiumicino airport and got a train (€8) one way , took about 40 mins and then a 10-15 mins walk to B+B
Gainpaolo is a wonderful and polite host ,with no question to triva to be answered.
Roma has a lot of graffiti but the neighbour is safe and never felt uncomfortable using the metro or wandering around late at night
Le B&B était très bien! Merveilleuse vue par la grande fenêtre de la chambre... L'hôte était précis, donnait de bonnes indications! Merci!
The apartment was just what we expected. It was a little warm with no AC, but opening the window and turning the fan on high helped. It was easy to find and the host was extremely helpful with suggestions and how to get around. Good location next to metro for quick access to city center. The room was very clean
