  • The view really is amazing and the room is spacious with everything you need for a long or short stay. Everything was clean and well organized, contacts with the host was smooth. The extra €2 a day in Rome tourist taxes was a surprise though.

  • Very clean, calm, comfortable. It's the perfect place except far apart from the main tourist attractions

Thanks 나래 임 for your review.

Just to give the right information to the reader...
Rome has a very big centre and we are inside it. The fastest way to arrive to the historical centre is to take the underground in P.zza dei Re di Roma (2 min. from our B&B): 10 min travel time. Otherwise at 1 min. there is a bus stop: 15 min travel time to the historical town centre.
The favourite walk of our guests has always been to go on foot from here to the historical centre.
Starting from the B&B as long as you walk going to the centre there are so many beautiful things to see (5 min. to St. John Cathedral, 15 to Colosseum and Fori Imeriali steet, 25 to Piazza Venezia and 40 to Navona square or Spagna square or Trevi fountain)...
Be sure you won’ t find it boring!

  • We had a comfortable stay at Gianpaolo's house. The girl who checked us in was friendly and sympathetic. The view from our room was simply amazing, it was not that noisy as we read in some reviews and the setting was clean. The metro was just underneath, but we managed to walk all around Rome for two days without getting any transport because it's not that far from the city centre.
Therefore we have nothing to complain about!

  • Gianpaolo was a perfect host right from the time of booking. He was very helpful and provided detailed directions on how to get to the B&B. The apartment is very clean and perfectly located to access all the sights. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

  • The first thing you notice when checking in is the amazing view of Rome right from your own balcony! The entire flat itself is extremly clean, big and warm and you have as much privacy as you need. Gianpaolo is a great host, ready to help at any times. When staying here, you'll be getting both the key to the front door and to your own room, so you can come and go as you please.

It's more comfortable and private than many hotel rooms and if you're traveling light, don't worry. You'll even get a set of towels and a hairdryer. Gianpaolo will even give you a map of Rome and point out where you can find all the attractions and how to get there easier.

There's a supermarket very close and a subway station about 5 minutes away, tops.

All around the best traveling experience you can have!

  • Location, location, location!. A couple of subway stops from Termini and the subway is just a short, very short, stroll away. Now that's what I call location!

Each morning I would wake up and walk out onto the terrace with my coffee and revel in the view from the 8th floor.. Yes, I was fortunate enough to choose a week's stay here.

But more than the ease of getting into the city centre, is the convenience, comfort and cleanliness of this simply gorgeous place to stay. There's a little supermarket literally a few steps away and lots of little bars ball around. The piazza was a wonderful little spot to soak up some sun and some local conversazione.

Gianpaulo is a charming host, and a very helpful one too. Thanks Gianpaulo! I wish I could give more than five stars!
