About This Listing
Centrally located, within easy reach of many of Rome's most famous monuments, the bed & breakfast offers its guests the added bonus of spectacular views over the roof-tops of Rome from the bedroom windows.
Rome has a very big centre and we are inside it.
Starting from our B&B as long as you walk going to the centre there are so many beautiful things to see: 5 min. to St. John Cathedral, 15 to Colosseum and Fori Imperiali, 25 to Piazza Venezia and 40 to Piazza Navona, Campo dei Fiori, Piazza di Spagna and Trevi fountain... be sure you won’ t find it boring!
RE DI ROMA metro station is at 2 min. from our B&B.
Free WiFi access.
Guests can have breakfast for free using the kettle for tea or coffee and the fridge, or they can buy tickets to have breakfast at a good price in a bar near the B&B.
Guests will have the keys of the room and of the apartment: there are no curfew.
Some areas of the B & B are, however, shared with other guests and, therefore, you must be respectful of the needs of all.
At the arrive must be paid the tax of € 3,50 per person per night that we get for the Municipality of Rome (which is why it can not be included in the room rate).
Upon check-in, you have a password for Wi-Fi, a map of central Rome and directions on how to use the common rooms, refrigerator and kettle.
It's necessary to communicate the exact time of check-in because we do not have a 24/7 reception and we must organize to pick you to accept.
Writing to our email, you allow us to send you our "welcome file" with all the information you need to reach us.
It's a pleasant stay, the room is clean and the location is good. Gianpaolo is friendly and helpful.
Had a very good experience! Gianpaolo was very helpful from the start, and provided us a lot of information upon arrival. The metro is very close and easy to access, neighborhood is very nice and always felt comfortable walking at night. Very clean rooms, bathrooms and general areas.
The listing was accurate and the neighborhood was what we were looking for. Gianpaolo was a nice man but he was not there when we needed to check out.
I checked in in the afternoon and found out I got a room with a balcony! The view really is nice. I hardly ever spent time in the room because Rome has so much to do but it would have been cozy if I did. The bed was comfy and the room spacious and sunny.
The location is very accessible -- I wouldn't say the neighborhood is beautiful but it is cute and offers some good options for dining and the like. The metro is close which is helpful. You can walk to the main tourist sights if you are feeling ambitious as the walk is lovely and you can see some of the more non-touristy parts of the city on the way.
Gianpaolo is a great host -- he was able to recommend some places to eat and was always accessible for questions and conversation. The place was very clean and offered towels and a good location and I'd visit again if I was back in (website hidden) the building is near a somewhat busy street so if you have problems sleeping in a city you might want to bring earplugs or an eyemask. It wasn't a problem for me because I was so exhausted after walking everywhere but just be aware if you are a sensitive sleeper. Doesn't detract from the stay at all just fyi
