This stylish and comfortable 1 BR Apt. has been recently renovated and is equipped with all of the modern conveniences. It is on the first floor and is only steps to some of the best restaurants in Louisville. You can also walk to several eclectic boutique shops including coffee shops, bookstores, antiques, vintage clothing and “Just Creations” a unique store that sells international craft-made goods. We’re located about 5 minutes from The KFC YUM Center and about 15 minutes from the airport.

The space
You may enter from a private rear entrance next to your parking space, or from the front door into the foyer then into your private space.

Guest access
You have access to the entire first floor 1 bedroom apartment, the foyer of the house and front porch, which sports two comfortable chairs and a table to enjoy. The rear deck is available on request on a first come first serve basis.
