The space
This small, yet perfectly formed 40m2 / 430 sq feet, one bedroom / one bathroom penthouse with a wall to wall sliding glass doors that lead onto the spacious private deck terrace, lending an effortlessly laidback feel to the space. With its sun loungers and outdoor shower, this 'outdoor living room' is the ideal place to start the day with a freshly squeezed juice in the Mediterranean sunshine, or to indulge a glass of cava after a long day in the city.

The terrace is protected from winds by high walls, making it possible to soak up the Mediterranean sun on the lounge beds all year round. Enjoy your morning cup of tea/coffee at the breakfast bar in the luxurious and bright open plan kitchen.
Six flights away from the street bustle on the highest floor of the building, the intimate bedroom with the en-suite bathroom with an extra large bath tub and a rain shower, assures a good night's rest.

The apartment is centrally located just a stone's throw away from the bustling La Rambla and the MACBA and CCCB museum. Bordering laid-back Raval and Barrio Gotico to the west and the elegant Eixample district to the North means that there is a wealth of quality restaurants and bars near your doorstep.

+ You can store your luggage with us in the same building from 9:30 if necessary. In case we don’t have other guests checking out on your arrival day, we will be able to offer an early check-in. If you have a later departure and we are unable to extend your check-out, you are also welcome to store luggage with us.
+ We are legally required to register all guests at check-in, in accordance with local regulations. Each guest must present a valid passport or European ID, complete a digital registration form with their address information, and sign it. The apartment is situated right on the cusp of the vibrant neighbourhoods of Eixample and the Gothic Quarter, and just steps away from Placa de Catalunya and las Ramblas.
A short stroll from the building brings you to the Barri Gòtic (Gothic Quarter), the oldest part of the city, renowned for its historic streets, Gothic architecture and impressive cathedral. Dating back to medieval times, the area is full of character and charm. As you wander through its narrow, winding streets, you'll discover boutique shops, trendy bars and charming cafés. At its heart lies Las Ramblas, Barcelona's famous boulevard lined with street performers, flower stalls and bustling terraces. Along the way, you'll also pass La Boqueria, the city's most celebrated indoor food market and a must-visit for food lovers.
Turn left as you leave the building and you'll arrive at Plaça Catalunya, Barcelona's central square and one of the city's main transport hubs.
Just a minute's walk west of the building is Passeig de Gràcia, the grand boulevard of the Eixample district. Home to some of Barcelona's most exclusive boutiques, including Chanel, Carolina Herrera and Loewe, the avenue is also renowned for its stunning Modernist architecture, featuring several of Antoni Gaudí's most iconic masterpieces.
Turning right from the building, you'll reach the lively Plaça Universitat, home to the historic University of Barcelona, designed by architect Elies Rogent in a style inspired by Catalan Romanesque architecture. Behind the university lies Gayxample, Barcelona's vibrant LGBTQ+ district, where stylish bars, restaurants, cafés, shops and nightlife create a lively and welcoming atmosphere.
Another interesting neighbourhood nearby is Sant Antoni, adjacent to Eixample. Here you'll find the less touristy Mercat de Sant Antoni, a favourite among locals. In recent years, the area has become one of Barcelona's top culinary destinations, offering an impressive selection of excellent restaurants and trendy cafés.
