Recently renovated detached guest suite with private entrance. Great for short term visits. The location is perfect, right off two major freeways, the 91 and the 405. It's about 8 minutes from the Long Beach Airport; 5 minutes to several shopping centers/malls; and restaurants galore. Quiet quaint neighborhood.

The space
Guest will have access to the garage gym which has a spin bike, boxing bag, and monitor equipped with programs to do online classes. The grill can also be used if you would like to BBQ but the unit also has a full kitchen and everything you need to cook.

I do have a beautiful and super friendly 8 year old golden retriever that hangs out in the backyard. No extra fee for doggo kisses.

The area is like when the suburbs meets the big city. My street is quiet but a walk around the corner and you have Norms Restaurant and everything else, including a giant mall.
