Original features have been restored to their old splendor and charm, such as the French windows and the sliding door that separates the baywindow from the living room. An exposed brick wall makes an understated and sophisticated feature by simply been painted in matte black.

Other things to note
+ All guests, including babies and toddlers, count toward the apartment’s legal maximum occupancy which is 2. Please ensure your party size does not exceed the limit listed. We are unable to make exceptions due to local laws.
+ The building has an elevator, however it's not wheelchair accessible
+ A credit card pre-authorization of 100 euros for incidentals is required during check-in at the apartment. Please make sure you have a credit card available for this purpose when you arrive. The amount will be released after your check-out.
+ A local city tourist tax of 10,45 euros per person per night will have to be paid upon arrival. This is charged over a maximum of 7 days to guests aged 17 and older.
+ Please note there is a 30 euros late checkin fee for check-ins between 21:00 and 24:00 and 50 euros for check-ins between 24:00 and 02:00.
+ You can store your luggage with us in the same building from 9:30 if necessary. In case we don’t have other guests checking out on your arrival day, we will be able to offer an early check-in. If you have a later departure and we are unable to extend your check-out, you are also welcome to store luggage with us.
+ We are legally required to register all guests at check-in, in accordance with local regulations. Each guest must present a valid passport or European ID, complete a digital registration form with their address information, and sign it. If any guests will be arriving separately, or if you wish to speed up the check-in process, please contact us, and we’ll provide a link for remote submission.
