• Smoke-Free Environment: Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Rest Hours: Respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00.
• Capacity: Maximum of 10 guests (including children).
• Group Profile: Groups with members under 40 years of age are not admitted.
• Animals: Pets are not permitted.
• Events: Parties or events are not allowed.
• Final Care: We ask that you do not leave rubbish or unwashed dishes at check-out (to avoid extra cleaning charges).
Note: Non-compliance with the rules may result in termination of the stay without refund.
