Barefoot Bungalow sits in the heart of Gulf Shores on Little Lagoon with a short walk to beach access and the sugar white sands of The Gulf of Mexico. This newly constructed 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom private house is a short drive or bike ride to many shops, restaurants, entertainment, and Gulf State Park. Barefoot Bungalow overlooks a private pool and Little Lagoon with your own private fishing pier. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances

The space
All living is on one level; however you do have to go up stairs to get there from the main entry door. The main living area is open to the kitchen and dining room. There is a sectional and two chairs to provide comfortable seating as well as a 65 inch smart TV. Indoor dining table sits 6-8 as well as 6 more at the kitchen island. Also, off the main living area is the back deck with and additional dining table to sit 6. This overlooks the pool and lagoon.

The bedrooms are down one hallway off the main living area. with another deck off the front of the house looking towards the beach. Each bedroom has a smart TV and an attached bathroom. Two bedrooms have king beds, one bedroom has two queens and the last bedroom has two sets of twin bunks (4 beds total)

Underneath the main living area there is covered parking for 3-4 average size cars, bbq area as well as outdoor shower and storage area for pool/beach toys, life jackets and kayaks.

Short walk to the beach, ice cream, restaurants and beach store and short drive to many more attractions Gulf Shores has to offer.

This home is a large private beach house with private pool and pier. Avoid the crowds and elevator waits!!

Barefoot Bungalow is in a great location off the main road. There is a bike/walking trail that is directly infront of the house. The house is easy to get to. There is covered parking to fit three average car size, as well as parking in the gravel driveway that is not covered.

IMPORTANT INFO REGARDING BOOKING:

We want you to enjoy your time away and have a great experience at our beach house so please pay attention to the important property information below.

Quiet hours are between 9:00 pm to 10:00 am.

Maximum Permitted Occupancy is 14. Exceeding this will result in a fine from the host of $250 per person over and you will be asked to leave.

This is a non-smoking property. If you smoke inside the home you will be charged $250 as well as an increased cleaning fee and charged for any damages.

The pool is USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. The hosts are not responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the swimming pool.

Pets are not allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $500 and you will be asked to leave.

Absolutely no fires or open flames of any kind including candles. The use of a candle or any type of flame will result in a $150 fine.

No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.

No late check-out or early check-in. Should you choose to ignore or overlook this rule we reserve the right to charge $75 per hour.

Rental Age Policy: We want everyone to have the pleasure of enjoying our home; however, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home AND be present at the home the entire stay.

Owner's Liability: Guests shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Owner against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from use of the property, inclusive of but not limited to the house, the pool and the pier and use of kayaks, etc. regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. Guests fully understand and acknowledge that outdoor water activities have inherent risks, dangers and hazards. Participation in such activities may result in injury or illness including, but not limited to bodily injury, disease, strains, fractures, partial and /or total paralysis, death or other ailments that could cause serious disability.
