Cozy Cabin is a very comfortable and secluded space with a beautiful view from the patio of a meadow frequented by deer and birds. It's a half mile walk to Main St.

PETS: Up to two pets are welcome and there is a one time $50 pet cleaning fee assessed when you add a pet to your stay.

The space
Our Cozy Cabin provides a secluded country experience only 1/2 mile from historic Main Street Fredericksburg. You’ll enjoyrelaxing on the limestone patio that overlooks a meadow frequented by deer and birds. The cabin has a comfortable king-size memory foam bed, TV with Roku, AC, shower, mini fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. Whether you plan to spend your stay relaxing at the cabin or using it as a touch-base for your Fredericksburg adventures, you can’t go wrong with our sparkling clean, comfy and affordable Cozy Cabin.

Please park on the crushed granite drive that is to the right of the main house. There is a "B & B Parking" sign. You have access to the surrounding garden and backyard for pet walking.

Guests may enjoy the shaded limestone patio and garden area between the cabin and crushed granite driveway. The meadow is perfect for viewing but is private property and can’t be accessed by guests. Many guests enjoy walking their dogs in the neighborhood and some even walk to Main Street!

Other things to note
We love for our guests to bring their pets. A $50 cleaning fee will be assessed.

The bathroom has a curtain, not a door.

Hello! Derrick and I are so excited to have finally realized our dream of owning and hosting a guest house in Fredericksburg! We love our town and know you will, too. In addition to our new host "job", Derrick manages the local lumber and hardware store and I am a real estate agent. We also have a farm just outside of town with pet donkeys, chickens, ducks, our 3 precious dogs and 4 cats. Derrick has begun a classic car collection and I enjoy working in my vegetable garden and sharing farm fresh eggs with friends. We also flip houses in our spare time!
