Large house on the quiet canal side of the Sparks Marina. 3 Bedrooms and Common area to accommodate up to 8 guests. The Sparks Marina is a 10 minute drive from Downtown Reno and just a few minutes walk to many amazing Sparks attractions including Legends Mall, Wild Waters, IMAX and of course the Sparks Marina itself which offers paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, biking, a dog park and Casino's right out your back door. Kayaks and bicycles are all provided for your enjoyment.

The space
The Venetian Villa is the Sister Property to The Pirate Escape and The Tiki House. Located in a surprisingly quiet neighborhood, this property is on the canal side of the Marina. You can enjoy the 2 mile walking/biking path that circles the Marina. Fish from right outside the back patio or go for a leisurely swim at the public beach in the lake that is filtered and cleaned by a $30 million filtration system. The house is located just 5 minutes from the I80 freeway and can get to just about anywhere in Reno in 10-15 minutes. Lake Tahoe is only a 45 minute drive. Access to all of the Areas events is easy and convenient including, Hot August Nights, Street Vibes, The Reno/Tahoe international Championship Air Races, Best in the West Rib Cook off, The International Camel Races and many, many more!!!

The Home has 3 bedrooms with 2 kings, one in the master and another bedroom as well as twin over full bunk beds in the third bedroom . The Master has its own attached bathroom and the other two bedrooms share another bathroom. There is a half bath downstairs as well. This is a two story home with all the sleeping areas upstairs.

Guest access
You are welcome to access everything available in the house at your leisure. The garage has 4 cruiser bicycles and 2 kayaks for guest use free of charge. However, due to previous guest abuse, we require all equipment be returned to their original location without damage and in clean useable condition. Failure to do so will result in full or partial loss of your security deposit. Please do NOT use the aluminum poles of the canopy to pull boat in or out of water as damage may occur. Use of all equipment is at your own risk so please observe all safety precautions and equipment rules found in Guest Welcome Book and posted in garage and on dock.

Check-in is after 4pm but I can accommodate earlier check-ins if there are no same day check-outs.

Check-out is at 11am but I can accomodate later check outs if there are no same day check-ins.

Please note, unless a Late check out is requested and approved in advance, a late check out fee of $50 per hour will be assessed against the deposit.

Other things to note
We welcome your pets. However, please be advised that there is an additional fee of $25 per pet per day. This fee will be billed separately via an Airbnb alteration request and must be paid in advance. Guests with pets acknowledge that they will clean up after their pets and pet fee is not a cleaning fee. Thank you.

Finally, unless a Late check out is requested and approved in advance, a late check out fee of $50 per hour will be assessed against the deposit.

Located in the Sparks Marina, the house borders a city park (the Marina). The neighborhood is quiet and located a short walk from Legends mall, Imax, and many restaurants. The Marina offers swimming, fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking and there is a 2 mile jogging/walking/biking path around the perimeter that leads to the mall, Imax, the swimming beach, casinos, coffee house, and a dog park. You will love this neighborhood.

Hello, Im T’Jon...Originally from Michigan, I have resided in Reno/Sparks for over 45 years. By trade, I am a Chiropractor with a local clinic in Reno since 1999. I am currently semi-retired and enjoy doing Airbnb on my spare time, both traveling and Hosting. The Pirate Escape is my original property that got me started in 2017. Local residents named the house The Pirate house for the “burried ship” in the back yard area and I rolled with that nick name for Airbnb. I then started my second Airbnb property in 2018 located just a couple doors down. The sister house to The Pirate House is dubbed the Tiki House and is themed as a Polynesian getaway. Now, I have a third Airbnb at the Sparks Marina. This one, called The Venetian Getaway is located on the canal side of the marina. The canal reminds me of a slice of Venice Italy and hence, was my inspiration. I hope all my Guests enjoy the properties and I take great pride providing the best experience and service to my fellow Airbnb community...
