A newly redone 50 sqm cottage standing together with a barn and an old farm house on a 1 hectare fenced plot outside the village of Rudzienko. A beatifull view on the woods, meadows and fields. Grilling on outside fire; basketball, football, table tennis and a fitness room in the basement. Property suitable for children. Well behaved dogs welcome by prior arrangement. Place hosted by the owner living in the farm house on weekends and in the summer.

The space
The stylish cottage invites to relax in a very peaceful environment. It consists of a spacious living-room with a window wall facing a meadow and a forest. A large sliding door leads to a big terrace with a table and a Hollywood swing. A comfortable couch, an armchair and an extendable table next to a fully equipped integrated kitchen with an espresso machine invite to relax. A bedroom with a double bed, an extra sleeping place above it and a wardrobe as well as a modern bathroom with a big shower can be entered from the living-room. This retreat with its closeness to the forest, a beatiful view from the window, its deer, cranes, storks, buzzards and singing birds together with mushrooms in the fall is a paradise for nature lovers.
Within 18 km there are two lakes - Karczunek with a beach, parking lot and snack stands has an entrance fee, Zalew Wegrowski is free of charge. There are equestrian facilities 4 km away offering horse riding lessons in a hall and pleasure riding trips in the area. Order excellent food from a catering company or get a pizza in the town of Dobre.

The main asset of the place is its quietness and the nature surrounding it. You can hear the cranes and watch the deer from your window. You can take long walks or relax on the patio outside. There are no direct neighbours or a busy road next to the property. You have a good mobile signal coverage.
