Airstream Village in the Smokies is 20 minutes to Gatlinburg and walking distance to the Maderon Bald trail head and walking distance to an Organic coffee house. Situated on a small private campground with a small creek in the "holler" with remnants of moonshine stills from the 30's. Two national park entrances (Cosby Campground and Greenbrier) with lots of hiking within 10 minutes.

The space
Newly renovated 34ft Airstream in a private 6 space campground. There is also a 31ft Airstream at the other end of the campground with a vacant 30amp campsite in between.
There are 3 campsites in the back (where the Airstreams are located) and 3 in the front when you enter. I have a 40ft RV and a 36ft RV in the front for rent on AirBnB.

Where you’ll be

Cosby, Tennessee, United States

There's an organic Coffee shop within walking distance to the campground, and the Maderon Bald Trail Head is 1.3 miles away.
There are 2 National Park entrances (Cosby Campground and Greenbrier) within 5 minutes driving time. Cricket Hollow was a Moonshine producing location with over 25 stills by the creek. There are remenants of 6 stills on my property. Firewood is provided and we ask for a donation to Friends Animal shelter, a local no kill shelter.

Realestate agent in the Cosby area. Enjoy hiking, exploring large tracts of land, staying and working on my Airstream (when it’s not rented). I bought a piece of property and my goal is to create a vintage Airstream village.
