Great place to stay in a great location. Awesome place! Would definitely stay there again when I go back to Austin. Host was very accessible.
Sean's place was perfect for a visit to check out Austin! It's walkable to Barton Springs and downtown, right along the river path. The loft was comfortable and accommodating for two of us. We enjoyed our stay.
Conveniently located, updated, cozy loft. Great communication with host and on-site manager. Highly recommend. Most comfortable for a single person or a couple.
Great loft apt! Clean and cool, in a nice neighbourhood. So close to Barton springs! Two full bathrooms! And easy to plan!

Fantastic! Sean made us feel at home with all the details...note on the fridge, binder full of information on the apartment and area, local decorations with map, and even bottled water in the fridge. Would absolutely stay at this apartment again!
We had a great time staying at Sean's apartment. It was clean and spacious and located close to the park and nice bars & foodtrucks. It was about a 15 minute walk to the nearest Austin B-cycle point, from where we could easily cover the whole city by bike. Sean was very friendly and helpful. When, last-minute, we asked if we could stay for another hour after check-out, to wait for our pick-up, this was no problem, even though the cleaning of the apartment already started. For some small grocery shopping there was a store next door, which was handy as well (just a bit expensive ;)). The kitchen was well-equipped!
