Amenities: Guests have access to all amenities, including the hot mineral bath. Located just a 5-minute walk from grocery stores, yoga studios, coffee shops, movie theaters, thrift shops, and the Rio Grande, you’ll find everything you need nearby.

Once you arrive, you likely won’t need your car unless you choose to explore Elephant Butte Lake or local ghost towns.

Pet Policy
Pets are allowed with a maximum of one dog and an additional fee of $50. Guests must clean up after their dog to avoid a $50 cleanup fee. Pets are not permitted on furniture and cannot be left unattended.

Important Information
By booking a stay at Casa Mañana, you acknowledge that:

Soaking in the hot springs is at your own risk.
Hosting non-registered guests is prohibited without prior host permission, incurring a $200 fine per violation. property with an additional fee of $50 and 1 dog maximum. Guests are required to clean up after the dog or there's an additional $50 clean-up fee. Pets are not permitted on the furniture and cannot be left unattended during the stay.

By agreeing to book a stay at Casa Manana, you acknowledge that (1) you will be soaking in the hot springs at your OWN risk. and (2) guests are strictly not permitted to invite or host non-guests at the property without prior permission of host. Guest will be responsible for a fine of $200 for each non-registered guest.

- Guests agree to read, understand and adhere to the following Liability Waiver.
- You understand that use of the hot mineral water bath is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with soaking in water over 104 degrees. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the hot spring bath and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that soaking in very hot water may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person who has health risks, or soaks while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents that may occur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from use of the hot spring.
- We strongly prefer for guests to not wear shoes around the house.
- Please observe our neighborhood's noise policy which begins quiet hours at 10pm.
- Guests are strictly not permitted to invite non-guests onto the property without prior permission of host. There will be a fine of $200 per night for each non-registered guest. All Airbnb Guests in your party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Airbnb Guests and Airbnb Host.
