Owners are next door. River and marina short block away within walking distance. Grocery store half a block away within walking distance. Downtown less than a mile. Galena about half hour. Iowa 5 min away and casino in Iowa 20-25 min. Palisades State Park 5 min away. This is a cozy cottage with use of deck and grill, and full amenities to cook in house if you like. I was born and raised in Savanna. I am a 3rd generation Savanna native. After high school I graduated college and began my nursing career. I've worked in several states and moved back to IL over 20 years ago. My husband (transplanted to Savanna when he was 12) bought our home as a weekend getaway. when the property next door was abandoned we bought it and rehabbed it into the property used as an Airbnb. The house is almost 150 years old. I am a collector and love decorating my spaces with my vintage finds.
