In Södermalm/Johanneshov you live with the best of two worlds; only 1 stop with the subway to Skanstull and the metropolis pulse while still having the wonderful green and lush scenery around the corner. The Globe and Tele2 Arena are both within walking distance from the apartment.

There are all necessary services around the corner such as grocery stores, smaller service shops and restaurants.

For the outdoor enthusiast there is the Nacka Reserve with its unique hiking and outdoor areas. The reserve includes, among other things, Söderbysjöns' bathing area, Hellasgården, running and ski tracks and mountain biking trails. Also nearby is the golf course and outdoor gym for the sporty and in wintertime, Hammarbybacken offers downhill skiing with a magnificent view of the entire Stockholm.

If you want to shop, Globen shopping mall is close with its wide range of restaurants and shops. Ringen's shopping center on Södermalm is also one stop away with the metro. More restaurants and a myriad of fun activities are offered at Tolv Stockholm in the Tele2 Arena. Here you can challenge friends and family on adventure golf, karaoke or bowling, just to take a few examples. For those interested in sports and events, the Globe, Hovet and Tele2 Arena are within comfortable distance from the apartment.
