This typical Norman cottage is an ancient dependency of the current mansion of Hom dating from the sixteenth century, whose name, of Scandinavian origin, evokes the water that is omnipresent in this exceptional place. The building has been restored with great care respecting the exceptional architecture it has enjoyed. Composed of two very comfortable buildings, perfectly equipped and with large volumes, La Bigotière is an invitation to relax.

The space
Decoration and furnishings make it a surprising and timeless place.
The "Grande" Bigotière offers 378m² in which you will enjoy an equipped kitchen with fireplace, a TV and reading lounge overlooking a large dining room with fireplace and pellet stove. The latter is overlooked by a mezzanine furnished to relax. On the ground floor you will find a bedroom, while the other bedrooms are upstairs.
The "Petite" Bigotière offers a living room with a stove and an equipped kitchen, as well as four double bedrooms upstairs.
For sleeping, the "Grande" Bigotière accommodates 14 people, and the "Petite "Bigotière accommodates 8 people.

The water borders the property and brings an atmosphere of tranquility that the nearby railway does not disturb.
The large garden is 2500m² and is completely enclosed. A barbecue and a garden furniture are provided. Children can enjoy a slide.
