Special - only $74/night!!! Just bring your bags! Conveniently located near Stanford, SLAC, and 280. Queen bed in private bedroom. Has wifi, cable, laundry, kitchen, etc... Quiet and very safe Sharon heights neighborhood. Close to shopping center with Safeway, CVS, Starbucks, ice cream, restaurants, bakery, bank, etc... I have lived here a long time and can offer advice on what to do,
I live close to the pick-up for the Stanford Margueritte free shuttle. Besides this, public transportation is horrible!!
Emily was very sweet and accommodating. The apartment is in a great location for those who want access to Menlo Park and the surrounding area. I would stay again.
Worth noting that Emily sleeps in the living room behind a folding wall. This means you only occupy the bedroom at all times. Not a problem for me at all though.
Emily is very nice and she has a very comfortable room. I enjoyed my stay. And it is very close to Starbucks, CVS, and Safeway.
Emily was a welcoming and considerate hostess. She was there to greet me at the door and made me feel comfortable in her home, which is even more charming than the photos show. The room was clean, quiet and colorful. And Emily's artistic spirit makes it easy place to relax.
I stayed at Emily's for two weeks while working at SLAC. It was great! Emily is really nice and the place is really well kept.
I didn't have a car but I rented a bike so I was able to go around. It's about a 10-15min bike ride to the Caltrain station and a 20min ride back (it's a bit uphill).
Overall very convenient, especially if you are visiting SLAC.
We never got to meet Emily in person but she was a great hostess nonetheless. The room was clean and tidy. We had fresh towels laid out. We arrived a 1am and she made arrangements for accommodate our schedule. We'll stay there again.
Emily was amazing. I really enjoyed staying with her. She is kind, understanding and extremely respectful. Not only that but she goes out of her way to make sure you had a great stay with her. In my case, she gave me a ride -and a free fouton- to my next destination.
My first AirBnb room experience and I am extremely happy it was with her.
Emily's place was my first airbnb experience. I appreciated the cactus garden at the entry way, and also Emily's fast response time. I would stay here again in the future -- it feels like the home of an artist. Thanks Emily!
Rented for my mom who came up from the Central Coast to visit my fiancee and me. Emily was super helpful and made my mom's stay great. Thank you so much!
Emily was a wonderful host, and her place is a great place to stay when you're in Palo Alto. It was a very comfortable room and pleasant stay. The location is incredible, especially if you have meetings on Sand Hill Road or at Stanford. I'd be happy to stay here again!
Apartment was located near Sand Hill Road, so convenient if you have meetings there. There is also a shopping center located a short walk away. The room I stayed in was clean. A few things to be aware of. When I stayed there, the kitchen was being remodeled, so don't plan on using the kitchen and bathroom sink was being used a makeshift kitchen sink. I would have liked a larger TV in the room, it was a tiny 13 inch TV. The apartment complex is large with no clear signage, so make sure you get specific directions to the location of the apartment.
