This studio apartment is located at Surf n Sand. The property is on the intercostal water in a quiet area of Clearwater Beach. It's only 2 min walking distance from the beach and about 10 min walking distance from most restaurants, bars and stores.

Guest access
Pool closes at sunset. Quiet hour is from 10pm until 8am. We are very strict about those rules. We want all of our guests to enjoy quiet and relaxing time on their vacation.

Other things to note
We stay very busy and to help our housekeepers we require our guests to wash all used dishes, move furniture to original place, take out trash and do not leave anything in the fridge before check out. Thank you!
