  • Michael was a terrific host, highly recommended! He was very accommodating, saved me money and time from a useless MARTA trip and instead showed me street-by-street walking directions to get where I was going. The area was very safe for walking everywhere, and the room itself was cozy and comfortable.

  • Michael was a brilliant host! I stayed in Atlanta for conference and I really appreciated the time at his wonderful place! Michael gave me a very warm welcome and provided me with a lot of information about Atlanta. He has always being super friendly and helpful.
The Apartment is located in a beautiful oasis with nice neighbors, 2 swimming pools and plenty of relaxing areas. The room is wonderful with a super comfortable bed and a separated bath room.
It is not more than a 10 minutes walk to the hotel and conference area with numerousness restaurants, shops and bars.
I fully recommend this place and would unhesitatingly stay there again.

  • Michael was a great host! My friend and I took an impromptu trip to ATL for the weekend and Michael was kind enough to accommodate us on very short notice. He was super friendly and informative and simply happy to have us over. His place is amazing! It's like stepping into a home decor magazine. We loved it! It was clean, stylish, very comfortable, and in a convenient location. Would definitely stay here again.

  • Great place to stay. Very comfortable bed. Private bathroom that was set up prettier than most hotels. Convenient to the train. Michael went over and above to make sure I knew how to get around Atlanta as well as though the security of his complex. I didn't notice many amenities in the neighborhood (like a grocery store or convenience store), but I also wasn't looking for any either. There were shops close by and he is pretty on top of downtown, so it's very convenient for that purpose - and there was a Publix a couple blocks away. Although I didn't get a chance to really explore Michael's complex, there were two swimming pools and it was beautifully landscaped and very quiet.

    Response from Michael:

Fair enough comments about the neighborhood amenities, which David did admit he didn't look for, but later noted "there was a Publix a couple of blocks away." Publix, for those not familiar with it, is a very nice full-service grocery store chain in the southeast U.S. It is indeed just under 2 blocks away. It is in a shopping center with a Walgreen's Pharmacy, Chase Bank, and a few other stores and restaurants. There also is a Post Office across the street. I am considering an upgrade on the TV, but at my rate and the overall quality of amenities and level of comfort I provide, I agree with David that it's something that most guests don't really utilize anyway. (The TV does have AT&T U-verse 300.) As guests and hosts, we have to understand and appreciate what is mostly the low-cost advantage of airbnb and that the places we choose to stay in on airbnb are not identical to the comforts we have "back home." Thanks, David! You are an awesome guest.

  • I was a guest of Michael's and had an absolutely wonderful stay. Everything was very comfortable helping me to relax and feel right at home, which is so important to me when travelling. The accommodations were immaculate and Michael was a gracious host. Quiet, clean, and beautiful! It was perfect walking distance from the hub of Atlanta and other amenities including the rapid transit (MARTA) to and from the airport. Thank you again, Michael, I would certainly stay again!

  • Michael was a wonderful host and the room and entire apartment...lovely! I walked everywhere, felt very safe, nice walk to Whole Foods and also close enough to the MARTA to walk. Thanks Michael!

  • Michael was everything one could hope for in a host: polite, attentive, communicative, and incredibly welcoming. My check-in and check-out times were both very early, and he made both very easy for me. The space was clean and well-appointed, with everything a business traveler like myself could need (ironing board, WiFi, coffee). Great experience overall, and I would recommend the place to all.

  • Michael was the greatest host that I could have asked for! He has such a lovely apartment—there are so many little details that just made it such a lovely stay, from the subtle scents, to the linens, to the soaps—everything just made me feel like I was at home. On the last day that I was there (I was visiting Tech) it was raining, and Michael even drove me to campus, which was so considerate of him. During my visit, I always enjoyed a nice chat with Michael when I came back to the apartment, and he was attentive to ensuring that everything was in order and that I was comfortable. I would definitely stay with Michael again if I visit Atlanta!
