Simply Albania – Village Retreat with Private Pool is a beautifully rebuilt house in the peaceful village of Radhimë, between Vlore and Orikum. Blending traditional charm with modern comfort, it’s ideal for families, couples and friends seeking relaxation, sunshine and privacy. Enjoy sea views, fast Wi-fi and slow days exploring Vlore, Orikum, and Llogara National Park. Relax into local life with cafés, markets, and scenic walks nearby.

The space
Simply Albania – Village Retreat with Private Pool offers authentic Albanian village life and all the comforts of home. The beautifully rebuilt house features two spacious double en-suite bedrooms, providing privacy and comfort for up to four guests.

The open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area is light filled and designed to make the most of the stunning views over the Bay of Vlore, perfect for slow mornings and relaxed evenings together. Fast Wi-Fi and a comfortable workspace make it ideal for remote working or longer stays.

One of the highlights of the property is the private swimming pool, ideal for cooling off during hot summer days. The pool sits within the original stone-walled garden, surrounded by fruit trees, herbs and greenery, creating and peaceful and secluded outdoor space for sunbathing, dining and unwinding.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for a self-catering stay, including oven, hob, American style fridge/freezer, coffee machine and cookware. Guests can enjoy meals at the indoor breakfast bar or outside on the upper terrace with BBQ, table and chairs - a beautiful spot for morning coffee or sunset drinks overlooking the village and sea.

Inside, the living room offers comfortable seating, TV, air conditioning, board games, binoculars and large windows framing the stunning views. The house also benefits from Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, washing machine and modern amenities throughout.

Radhimë is ideal for guests looking to escape busy resorts and enjoy authentic Albanian life. The elevated position offers panoramic views, while the surrounding area is perfect for beach days, swimming, boat trips, hiking, cycling and exploring nearby villages. Vlore and Orikum are just a short drive away, offering restaurants, beach clubs, shops and cultural attractions.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire house, including both en-suite bedrooms, the open-plan living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, private pool, terrace and garden. The property has a private gated entrance and offers complete privacy throughout your stay. Enjoy exclusive use of the pool and outdoor areas for relaxing, dining and soaking up the Albanian sunshine.

Other things to note
A car is essential for this peaceful village location, allowing easy access to nearby shops, beaches, and Llogara National Park.
Please note: the private pool is closed from November through spring, but guests can still enjoy the terrace, BBQ area, and garden views.

We kindly ask guests to respect our neighbours and the tranquil setting by keeping noise to a minimum, especially outdoors.

Pool maintenance may be required during your stay, arranged with our guests in advance.

No parking on property - We do not have a driveway or garage, but you can find on street parking outside our property.

Must climb stairs - There are steps from the main village road down to the property, also a few steps down to the pool level, stairs up to both levels of the house leading on to each terrace. Internal stairs with access to both living and sleeping areas. Stairs outside from the pool level down to the basement.

For guests with young infants - There is a travel cot available, please request when making your booking.

Radhimë, Qarku i Vlorës, Albania

The village of Radhime is located approximately 2 km from the beach, shops and restaurants of this small traditional resort. There is a small shop located in the village and only a stones throw from our property, very useful for everyday essentials such as bread, eggs, milk and a small selection of seasonal fruit and vegetables. Larger shops, banks and pharmacies can be found in the nearby town of Orikum, a 15 minute drive. There is a selection of good restaurants along the coast road in Radhime, my favourite is Restaurant Gjimaraj.
This family run restaurant is located on the beach so its a perfect spot for a late afternoon swim in the sea, dinner, with amazing sunsets. The sea food is fresh and delicious, great pasta, homemade pizzas and salads are amazing.
