✔ Early check-in may be available for a $50 fee, with the earliest arrival at 12:00 PM — just ask in advance!
✔ Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, marijuana, and vaping) is not allowed inside the home or garage. Evidence of smoking will result in a $500–$1,000 fee.
✔ Parties, events, or gatherings beyond your listed guests are not permitted and will incur a minimum $500 fee plus any additional damages or cleaning costs.
✔ Exterior security cameras are in place (driveway, front entry, backyard fire pit area) for guest safety and to ensure house rules are followed. There are no cameras inside the home.
✔ Dogs under 15 lbs are welcome with prior approval and a $50/night pet fee. Dogs must be crated when unsupervised, kept off beds, leashed outside, and owners must clean up after them. Excessive waste left in the yard will result in a $100 fine per occurrence.
✔ The backyard is not fully fenced — please plan accordingly if bringing a pet.
✔ No professional photography or filming is allowed without prior written permission and applicable location fees.
✔ Fireworks, sparklers, and outdoor fires (other than the designated fire pit) are strictly prohibited.
