Spectacular ocean views and sunsets from the second, and third floor where open plans maximize views and sunlight.

Living room and modern Eat-In Kitchen integrated to make the most out of the communal space. Great for cooking and sharing. Cute balcony next to kitchen with coffee table and chairs to contemplate the sunrise/sunset with your favorite drink!

An amazing breathtaking scenery of the ocean from our lovely fourth-floor rooftop terrace.
Fourth floor also includes a convenient semi-kitchen area, cabinets, and sink. Terrace features two hammocks, a market umbrella with ample seating, and a table. Perfect place with a dreamy view to relax and get some fresh air!

Bedrooms feature large closets, 2 queen beds & 2 full bathrooms. We also have 2 comfortable Airbeds (Queen & Twin) and an incredibly comfortable sleeper couch.

Washer and dryer included.

Third floor includes a common space with a nice couch to relax. The common space could be turned into a bedroom with limited privacy!

Custom shades, central air and smart lock on main entrance.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the whole property. Very private.

RESIDENT PARKING PERMITS AVAILABLE FOR 2 CARS.

Be mindful tenants next door have access to the garage as well.

Like to cook? Enjoy the full equipped, ample kitchen. Experience making breakfast with the unique sunrise view from living room and kitchen.

Common space could be turned into a bedroom with limited privacy!

We can help you find local vendors if you want to rent bikes or surf boards. Beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels are available at the house.

Driving a car? No problem! We have a driveway area for loading and unloading ONLY. RESIDENT PARKING PERMITS AVAILABLE FOR 2 CARS.
