Full size memory foam mattress on a 6 foot lofted bed. Wifi! Private shower room with infrared sauna. Please add pets as guests, and only 2, it is a tiny space. Has an attached outhouse (not heated) with a compost toilet. Large patio sunroom in front. Comfortable for 2 adults, but listed as 4 for pets. NOT LARGE ENOUGH FOR 4 ADULTS.

JoAnn and Derek were great at communicating prior to my trip. I had to cancel last minute due to unforeseen plans but they were gracious enough to issue a partial refund that was I was not expecting. Hoping to come to Lexington again to check out the Tiny House.

We love staying in tiny houses! JoAnn's little place has a wonderful screened front porch with a hammock swing perfect for enjoying an afternoon thunderstorm. The chickens are really fun to watch from the porch, and the rooster crowing is a nice way to wake up. The sauna and show…

Joann and Derek were great hosts-greeted me and gave me a tour of the house. The tiny house had all the necessities and was extremely charming! Highly recommend!

JoAnn and Derek's place is a really neat tiny house! It's very comfortable for two. We loved napping on the sun porch! It's really convenient for exploring Lexington - never more than a very short drive to any part of the city.
