Welcome to our cozy cabin in the serene Mink Creek Valley Idaho. Off the beaten path, quiet with beautiful views. Our cabin is "unplugged" with no WiFi, cell phone service or TV. Simple living at its finest.

Perfect place for fishing, hiking and more. Pack your favorite card game and/or bring a good book.

NO FIRES outside, even in fire pit. Too dry.

Please note: There won’t be snow removal on the driveway. You will have to hike up to the cabin from the road (~75 feet) when it snows.

The space
The location is ideal if you want to be off the beaten path. The area is rural with a couple neighbors living close by, but not close enough that you'll notice too much.

Travel is necessary to get to your activities if you choose to be outdoors. The beautiful Bear Lake is 40 miles away. Glendale, Lamont and Foster Reservoirs are located in Franklin County. Float the Bear River at the Oneida Narrows Reservoir (15 minutes from the cabin).

Highly recommended to come with plans already made, as the cabin does not currently have WiFi or cell phone service.

Guest access
The entire cabin is available to use. We do have a few personal items in closets. Please respect items that are not yours. Games in the living area are free to use. There is a TV. This does work if you have a lightning adapter you bring with you and have downloaded movies on your device beforehand.

Other things to note
Please NOTE: You are required to bring your own food. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the fridge will be emptied after each guest. All opened cans of food will be thrown out as well. I will have salt and pepper and a few pantry unopened items, in case of an emergency. Please message me with any questions about this.

We have a dog. She does come with us to the cabin but is outside most of the time. However, she has come inside. We do our best to keep the cabin clean. Please take note of this if you have any allergies.

The neighborhood is sparse with plenty of space between neighbors. The cabin is on a hill over looking the valley.

I am a Utah native with a husband that tells me often that he could live in Idaho because he thinks it's so beautiful there. Especially in Mink Creek. Then just like that we bought the coziest cabin in Mink Creek. We now live the best of both worlds, as they say. We are a family of 7. With our bunny, our Lab, Daisy, one horny toad and a couple lizards. Add to that our fruit trees and we are one big happy family.
