With a fantastic mid-sized, private pool framed in natural stone right off the back of the living room. This 3-bedroom townhouse is the perfect retreat for a family or group of friends who want to enjoy a private pool. Located behind Kalkara church and just 2 minutes away from the seafront promenade with attractions nearby, go to visitkalkara.com to find about historic culture, seaside walks, events local , attractions, dining and shopping. Valletta is 30 minutes away by ferry or 15 min by car.

The space
This property includes a private entrance, leading into a sitting area. The floor level has one full bathroom, one guest room with bunkbeds, and one guestroom with a double bed. Also on the ground level is the open concept kitchen/dining/living space with floor to ceiling sliding doors that open onto the back pool/grotto. The upper level of the house is made up of the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and private deck overlooking the pool.

- Environmental Contribution
The contribution is payable by all tourists who are 18 years or older on the day of arrival.

It amounts to €0.50c per person for each night spent on the Maltese Islands at any type of accommodation including hotels, guesthouses, hostels, resorts, apartments, farmhouses, timeshare and host families, amongst others.

The contribution is capped at a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay. This applies also to twin-centre stays in Malta and Gozo.

Quite town with a beach, few restaurants, bakery, small mini market, butcher, take-aways and few bars.
More touristic areas Birgu and Cottonera are few minutes away by walk
Valletta can be reached by walking few mintues to Birgu Ferries and take ferry directly from there.
