A lovely, large bedroom in a quiet area. Terri is a welcoming host and offered us breakfast. She is chatty but happy to leave you alone if you want privacy.

This is a lovely place to stay in Sunderland. It is close to the centre of town and the metro station. Perfect for an overnight or longer stay.

Terri was beyond helpful! I can't believe the value for the price she is getting for her room. She even helped with my very late arrival. a must stay in my opinion.
