Guest access
The guest has full, private access to the entire property and all of its amenities. We will send a code the day of check in for you to access the property for the duration of your stay. We also have a local manager who will be available should you need any assistance during your visit.

Maximum number of guests (day or night) is 8. (All ages count towards the guest count).

Maximum number of cars on the property is 3 per our short term rental permit. There is no street parking allowed.

Commercial film allowed with permit and prior consent. Location fee does apply.

Events allowed with prior consent. Location fee will apply, and guests will need to obtain an event permit with the City of Yucca Valley as well as supply Event Insurance.

Hot Tub/Pool - You are using this at your own risk. No excessive drinking or drug usage while utilizing these amenities. Please rinse off beforehand. No pets allowed in pool or spa. Pool does not have a heater, however, the spa heating is included in your stay.

Pets (Dogs Only) allowed only if added to booking prior to check in and a paid pet fee (max of 1 dog allowed). Pet fee is $150 per stay. We ask that you please pick up all dog poop. We also ask that you do not let them on any furniture. If there are stains on couches, rugs or bedding, there will be additional charges.

CRITTERS:
We have monthly pest control, but the remoteness of the home means you are in their habitat. Bugs, rodents, snakes etc. are common in the desert. Please make sure to keep all doors and windows shut and close them immediately after entering to ensure you aren't letting flies or other critters inside.

Refrigerator - Ice/Water line is not hooked up. We do have ice trays in the freezer for guest use. Most guests bring their own water bottles for drinking.

Although we do not have a working indoor fireplace in our "amenities", we feel it is necessary to state that the indoor fireplace is not functional. It is just for looks. We have central heating to keep warm in winter months.

Neighborhood highlights

We are in Sunfair which is a neighborhood in the Northern part of Joshua Tree. Only an 8 minute drive to Down Town Joshua Tree. This is the more private/spread out area of the Joshua Tree Desert. All of the neighbors are separated more than the downtown area, so if you are looking for a property with privacy for you and your friends, ours is ideal. Stargazing is also much better here compared to downtown since there is less light pollution.
