Access to the full house and back yard. No garage access. Prefer guest don't access the side yard.

There is parking for potentially 4 vehicles; 2 driveway parking spots and room for 2 vehicles to park on the street in front of the house.

We control the AC and are happy to adjust it, within reason. Just message us if you need an adjustment.
