The house was built in 1890 by my Urneni (great-grandfather). Such large and high rooms in the original style can only be found in old houses. The kitchen can comfortably accommodate 6 people, with 8 it gets a bit cramped. It only has a toilet / bathroom.
The obligatory guest tax is CHF 5.90 per person per night and must be paid in cash.

The space
- In bedroom 1 there is a sofa bed with a 160 x 200 cm mattress and a round table. On request, an emergency bed can be provided + Fr. 25.00. It has access to the balcony and a refrigerator.
- In bedroom 2, there are two single beds 90 x 200 cm and a rectangular table.
- Bedroom 3 has a 160 x 200 cm waterbed with access to the balcony.
- In the living room there is a sofa bed 140 x 200 cm with mattress. This is not suitable for daily conversion back to a sofa. TV and access to the covered and open terrace.
- It only has one toilet with a bathtub.
- The kitchen-living room can accommodate 6 people, with 8 it gets a bit tight. A coffee maker, kettle and microwave are available. It doesn't have a dishwasher.
This is my private apartment and is furnished accordingly. Therefore, it is not suitable for children. If I am also in Davos, I will be staying in my studio.

How to describe Davos? Mostly blue sky and sun, endless ski slopes, cross-country skiing and single trails for the bike. Hiking trails in summer and winter, the wellness bath Eau-Lá-Lá is an experience not only in not quite optimal weather. In short, I'm happy to be able to live! So I can certainly give you good tips.
3 min to bus stop, 5 minutes to station. Shopping within walking distance. Quiet area.
