Enjoy New York City they way it was meant to be enjoyed.
My huge, stylish apartment is located less than one block from the entrance to the 14th Street A/C/E and L station. It
It's located at the intersection of three of New York's hottest neighborhoods, the West Village, Meatpacking District, and Chelsea.
Just steps away some of the city's hottest attractions including Highline Park, Greenwich Ave, Chelsea Market, the Standard Hotel, and hundreds of great bars and restaurants.
It's subway stops from 42nd Street, where you can walk to the Javits Center
The apartment is over 700 square feet (bigger than most you'll find in NYC) and features original artwork and mid century furniture with modern accents (think MadMen).
In addition to the bed in the bedroom, the living room couch turns into a very comfortable, full sized bed. It's not Ikea rather Bo Concept (high end Scandinavian design).
The apartment can comfortably accommodate four people.
There's also a dining room table which can extend and accommodate 8 people. Feel free to use the wine fridge, just in case you want to keep your vintage at its perfect temperature.

Things we appreciated, let's start with that:
The apartment was clean and spacious. It was close to a subway stop making it easy to get to other parts of the city.
Daniel was easy to contact leading up to our arrival.
The shower was hot & good water pressure.
We were staying for a week for business, and told him that.
So there were definitely things we were disappointed with given the amount we paid for the place.
-When we arrived at our appointed time, the apartment was still being cleaned for an hour or more. We had to drop our luggage & leave right away. He had a friend meet us with the keys, but there was only one set, we had told him there would be two of us staying there for business.
-We expected at least basic service for the nightly rate we paid.
There was only 1 roll of toilet paper, so we had to go get more. Only one set of towels per person for the week.
There was no toaster or coffee maker, and when we asked about it, he said New Yorkers don't eat toast at home.
No instructions for internet or tv.
-One of the reasons for even doing Airbnb, is the ability to use the space as a home base, and bring in groceries and cook. This place definitely lacked in that. We ended up having to buy coffee every day and get creative when making food, couldn't get the oven to turn on, just the stove top.
-Even though the place was kept clean, hunting for more linens for the futon was an adventure, all the closets we very out of control. Shelves and outlets felt like they were going to fall out of the walls if you knocked them.
We're just trying to find a place that we can come back to again & again when we travel to NY twice a year for business & this was definitely not it.
Daniel was a great host and the apartment was amazing! Best location. Made my NYC trip even more brilliant.
Daniel was accommodating and available before and during my stay. Minor maintenance issues that always happen were dealt by him quickly and attentively.
The location is great, in the area of the city that I love, very convenient .
I will definitely try to book again next time I'm in ny
Daniel was very accommodating. Unfortunately for him, the building his loft is located in is of extremely low quality and is filthy.
Really great stay - the apartment is in a fab area, very close to good restaurants, Chelsea markets and a subway station around the corner.
Daniel was accommodating, but not overbearing - we had a great time over our 4 days in NY.
Lovely Apartment - Great Location!
Daniel made everything quick and easy - we had a great time
Very nice stay in Daniel's apartment. Daniel greeted me at the apartment and helped me take up a quite heavy suitcase up to the apartment. The 4 of us in our party were able to sleep comfortably with the bed and rollout couch.
We had a great week in Chelsea staying at Daniels. Very close to everything including the Chelsea Market, metro and restaurants and shops. Spacious apartment in a walk up block, with plenty of space and what I found was a comfortable foldout bed.
I can imagine like all places we visited in NYC that the apartment would be warm in the height of summer, but the temperature was great for us in October. Thanks Daniel.
Daniel's place is awesome! The location is super with shops, cafes, restaurants and the subway station right at the corner. You really just roll out of bed and be in the middle of everything. Daniel is very friendly and gave us some great suggestions for the city and we totally enjoyed the spacious place which isn't common in this big city. Highly recommend for anyone who want to feel like a spoilt New Yorker for a while. Btw it's in the middle of everything means it's also not gonna be the more quiet place in the world but hey, you're not in the Swiss Alps but NYC! ;)
Daniel was a kind and wonderful host. His apartment is great, and he was kind enough to be flexible with my check-out time. Would definitely recommend this apartment!
