While we are travelling through Europe and spending some time in Central Asia we'd would like to rent out our lovely apartment in Munich while were away. The apartment is very roomy and placed on the first floor of the building. All windows face onto a small garden, that can also be used. We've arranged the apartment in a mixture of vintage-industry furniture and classical basics. The apartment is approx. 60 sqm and is suited for one person or a couple.
In the living room/kitchen there is a old work bench with sink, fivefold gas stove, a european fridge and a small washing machine. The kitchen has great equipment and enough space to get some friends together for a nice dinner.
An old form, a book shelf full of literary treasures, a cosy bed (1.40x1.60) and two easy chairs are located in the living/sleeping room. Clothes and other stuff can be put away in a walk-in wardrobe.
The bathroom was renovated about one year ago, and features huge frosted panorama windows and an immense shower cubicle.
The apartment is located in a small and quiet side street near the Theresienwiese (Oktoberfest grounds). Transport is easily accesible - Goetheplatz, Poccistraße and Theresienwiese stations can be reached by foot in approximately 5 minutes. Grocery stores, shops, gym and pubs are all within walking distance. It takes you only a few minutes by bike to reach the city centre and the area around the Gärtnerplatz for some shopping or relaxing by the Isar.
We'd prefer a guest(s) who are tidy, non-smoking and looking to explore the wonders of Munich this summer. Thanks for looking.
