Spread out in ~2,000 sqft of space across 2 floors, with 4 bedrooms plus an additional Queen bed & air mattress, a Zen room for yoga & meditation, large DR table, and a comfy family room with a 65" 4k TV & sound bar. Soak in mountain views under the trees in the outdoor lounge area.
Comfortable bedside lighting, blackout curtains, plenty of plugs, and various pillow options to make your stay extra comfortable.

When I'm not traveling ~50% of the year, I live in a separate unit in the back of the property, so you may see me around. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood. La Verkin has a strict “No Party” ordinance for vacation rentals. Quiet hours are observed between 10pm - 6am. Please respect the quiet hours while you are here.
There is a ZERO tolerance policy for smoking. $1500 fine for smoking of any kind in the house.

- the main house in the front of the property
- the front yard with macrame hammock chair and rock garden
- the outdoor lounge area located in the front of the house (pictured)
- the large driveway for parking
MORE DETAILS:
The separate addition off the back of the main house is reserved as "owner's quarters" when we are around; it is a completely private unit. The main house and Owner's Quarters share walls only in the kitchen area, and they are separated by sound proofing walls for privacy. No one outside of your group will be walking around above or below you, so there is no concern for noise of that nature. There is also a garage/shop on the property that is owner storage as well.
I'm happy to answer any questions about privacy/sound, or anything else for that matter, prior to your booking or arrival! Please feel free to reach out anytime.

Please show your appreciation for the cleaning team by respecting the home and items within it. Anything that requires extraordinary cleaning efforts will result in appropriate charges. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
If anything gets broken or damaged, you’re in luck - you have a very understanding host! It is extremely helpful to us to know in advance, however, rather than find it upon your departure. Please let us know if anything breaks, gets stained, etc as soon as you can so that we can remedy the situation for all involved. Thanks!

Neighborhood highlights
La Verkin was always my favorite place to stay on my travels to Zion before I could call this place home :) Yes, I fell so much in love with the area that I had to move here!
It's a quaint, 2 stoplight town with a ton of character and nice people. It's close enough to the park and the drive there is a scenic stunner in and of itself... but it's far enough away to feel less "touristy" than Springdale. We have a grocery store and gas station with "normal" prices, and a few other gems.
River Rock Roasting company is walking distance from the house. Its the best coffee shop/restaurant/bar around. Also within walking distance is Confluence Park, a local favorite with nice trails and gorgeous views of Ash Creek and LaVerkin Creek meeting the Virgin River. There's a nice loop where you can hit both in the same morning. Otherwise, I recommend hitting River Rock's "satellite" location on the corner diagonal from the grocery store on your way into the park. It's drive through only, and has coffee and pastries to get the morning started off right!
Stage Coach Grille also provides a nice surprise in La Verkin. Delicious ceviche, pasta, and more.
Hurricane, a 5 min drive away, has a bit more dining and shopping variety as well.
