Great availability as we don't live here, we use the flat as our secondary home when we are in Paris.

The flat has excellent location. Just few minutes walk from Montmartre, from the main station of Gare du Nord (Eurostar), Gare de l'Est, and there are many other metro stations nearby. The flat's location provides easy commuting to Opera, Galeries Lafayette, Le Printemps, Champs Elysees, The Marais, Saint-Ouen Flea Market, Drouot auction rooms, and Airports.

The flat is located on the 4th floor of a nice building with concierge. There is a lift and good security doors.
We redesigned and refurbished the flat in 2011 so everything is brand new and decorated with XXth Century furniture and high quality decorative works. The flat has one living/sleeping space with two large double glazed windows with shutters so it is very bright and sound proof. The kitchen is separate and the bathroom is very spacious and modern design.

Ideal as a pied-a-terre for two people. Pulling out Sofa/futon bed (160 cm wide and 200 cm long).
Independent, quiet, high quality flat in the heart of trendiest art and shopping areas of Paris. The flat is fully equipped throughout and so you don't need to worry about anything except your clothes and toothbrush.

Booking Policy and HOUSE RULES

1/Contact number
Please provide a contactable and confirm your Cell/mobile number so we can contact each other in case of emergency, delays and/or requested changes to your booking. Please note landlines, office numbers and such are not acceptable forms of contact for travel.

2/House Rules
Please note our flat is not a hotel.
Airbnb is a system of trust, it is a social network for accommodation so we ask that you look after and preserve the flat, the contents and all the amenities placed at your disposal and for your convenience. Therefore and in respect for the next guest we ask that:

You empty the bin in the communal rubbish area.
You clean your dishes after you have used them.
Please note if you need extra bed sheets for a very short stay (say 5 days), we will charge extra 15 euros for the laundry. Cash payment will be expected upon check-out. In theory one set of bed sheets should be enough but if you need more, then kindly wash the previous set so there is less work when you leave the flat and in order to avoid the extra 15 euros. Because we very often have other guests checking-in the day you are leaving, the schedule is very tight and we don't have a lot of time to prepare the flat.

The cleaning fees are not maid fees, it is for someone to clean the flat itself and restore it after your departure so it is prepared for the next guest. As the flat is not a hotel, the fee doesn’t cover additional laundry, washing of dishes and the removal of excess rubbish.

3/Check-in/out Policy
Check-in/out are flexible but must be discussed in advance to make sure they are synchronised and they work smoothly according to your schedule and to our booking calendar.

What happens in case of delayed check-in?
We all understand that international travels can be complicated from time to time therefore it is important that we are given contactable cell/mobile numbers.
We pay someone to look after check-in therefore any delayed check-in means extra charges. Our policy on this is that after the first hour of delay, every delayed 30 minutes thereafter will be charged 15 euros. Cash payment will be expected upon arrival.

4/General Rules

Moving heavy luggage in the flat can damage the wooden floor or the walls so please be a little careful.

We have not yet equipped the flat for babies so unfortunately we can't host babies at the moment.

Do not smoke in the flat.

No parties in the building.

No pets please.

Another detail, please make sure you don't put hygienic towels or cotton buds in the toilet.

Many thanks and we wish you a very pleasant stay!

Welcome to Paris!
I hope you will enjoy our pied à terre. We will be happy for you to use it as well, as part of the sharing ethos promoted by this website.
We live in London but we come to Paris very often, every month for at least a week. We were fed-up of hotels so we decided to find a nice flat not too far from the train station. We love our flat because it is just few minutes walk from the station on the way to Montmartre. This is extremely convenient and the area is really good. And we can easily go everywhere, Paris is not a very big city so Champs-Elysees are only 15 minutes by tube, for example.
We come to Paris on a regular basis to visit family, friends, museums, exhibitions and to buy stock for our business in London.
