This stylish and modern apartment was built inside an extra large garage. It has a compact size kitchen, a king size bed in the main bedroom, two twin beds in the small bedroom and plenty of sitting area in the living room. The apartment has it's own reserved covered parking space. Additional parking is available. The living room in the garage has a deck on top of it. You will hear noise from people using the deck. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8 am on weeknights and 2 am to 9 am on weekend nights.

I am a Civil Engineer working for a private company in Killeen. I have been in Killeen since January of 2014. I lived in Austin before that. I love living outside the City. I love the sounds and sights of nature.

During your stay

I love meeting guests. But, some guests want privacy. I work full time, but the housekeeper or I will be available as needed. You will hear noise from people using the deck upstairs.
