Please read description:
Our artist studio is a very nice 2 room studio flat, which was a former shop and has entry directly from the streets of Neukölln :) Also the main window is directly onto the street.
Its inside of a antique Berlin building and charms you with its super high ceilings and wooden floors...
the kitchenette is very basic and small but works fine for basic cooking.
The space
The space consists of two connected rooms, plus bathroom and kitchenette.
You enter from the street directly into the big living room, which is comfortably furnished with two big sleeping couches (120x200 & 140x200), some sitting furniture and a small square dining and working table.
From the living room you enter the bedroom, which is small and furnished with a sleeping plateau with big bed (180x200) on the top and a chillout and wardrobe area underneath. There is an additional sleeping place on the futon of the chill out.
The space is perfect for 2-4 people, gets a bit tight for 5 (you should be very good friends :), and its absolute maximum are 6 people (quite tight)
the coal ovens in both rooms are for decoration only and cannot be lit (coal ovens where recently restricted by the law). For the heating the central heating system is used, as its more clean, ecological and convenient :)

You can enjoy the whole flat, living room, bedroom, bathroom and the little kitchen.
Other things to note
The main, big shop window is facing the street, which for some people is amazing and for others it leaves too little privacy. You have two different curtains to close, one lighter one and a thick and heavy one, that shield you from sight and sound. As the place was a former shop, this is the shop entry and window.

Close to Tempelhof Park, you can enjoy one of Berlins most amazing outdoor - sights just around the corner: the former airport Tempelhof, which was used to provide west-Berlin with supplies..... go stroll around in the neighborhood... its really lovely!
