Beautiful, luxury treehouse with a full bath located on the creek on a 300-acre working farm. You will enjoy the flowing creek while sitting on the deck up in the trees.

Once booked, you will be sent a link to all of our "extras" if you want to add to your adventure, including UTV rentals with hidden scavenger hunts.

The space
We are located in a rural town one hour north of DFW. You will enjoy the slow pace of country living while relaxing around the fire, napping in the hammock, or reading a book in the swing. Excellent AC and heat as well as a refrigerator, hot plate, and microwave.

Guest access
We are located half a mile down a gravel road. You will have full access to the entire treehouse, multiple seating areas, and access to the creek. There is plenty of parking only steps away from the main entrance. If you have been wanting to stay in a tiny house up in the trees, this is your chance to try it out. For the more adventurous, you may hike up the creek for about 1 mile and still be on the property. Water shoes are recommended.

Other things to note
In the kitchen, you will find a hot plate, crock pot, George Foreman Grill, and a microwave for cooking. We also provide a charcoal grill outside. (Please bring your charcoal) Please note there is no oven or TV in the treehouse. We have a great firepit area with party lights on a timer.

Neighborhood highlights

We have another treehouse on the property if you have some family or friends that want to join you. It is called THE HOBBIT TREEHOUSE. There are privacy walls between the two houses. We also have HOLLY DAY TINY HOUSE and SAGEBRUSH TINY HOUSE and TUMBLEWEED TINY HOUSE one mile up the road from us. These are great for family reunions, friend road trips and wedding party stays.
