This private pool villa is not recommended for people who have mobility issues (large stairs without handrail)

-1 master bedroom 25 m2 on the first floor with king sized bed (180X200) and in the same room 1 single bed (90X200)
-1 design shower room 20m2 on first floor;

- indoor lounge with kitchen
- 1 small bedroom 9m2 with 1 sofa bed (160X190) closed by blackout curtains on the side of the lounge area, with toilets.

Special attention has been paid to comfort with high quality bedding (brand SERTA for the king size bed with latex topper) , quiet and efficient AC..

Outdoor: A terrace with a lounge, sunbeds and a private swimming pool; a closed car parking.

It is located in a pleasant and quiet area, 5-10 mins walk distance from the shops (ICON mall), beaches and restaurants.
Our neighbourhood is a mix of guesthouses, private residences and houses inhabited by local Balinese(s) and you will have the opportunity to have a direct experience of the genuine Balinese lifestyle rhythmed by its daily ceremonies.

It is also the starting point for boats and diving club sailing to the neighbouring islands (Nusa Lembongan, Nusa Penida, Lombok, the Gilli Islands).

The gentle topography of its coastline allows families to swim and bathe safely all year round.
