IT MAY SEEM LIKE ALOT, BUT IT IS TOTALLY WORTH IT!

Your Tiny Glamping Cabin On The Red Rocks!
Relax and find peace while fully immersing yourself in the most breathtaking Sedona views. Enjoy our backyard's wild-desert outdoor area and its peaceful vibrations, all while you sip on some local tea or coffee & plan your day ahead. Hikes, shops, restaurants, and creeks are all within walking distance and all ready to be explored & discovered!

The space
Please note that the tiny cabin is a partially shared real estate piece of property, situated just next door to an incredible 3 Bedroom and 2 bath A-Frame structure.

The tiny cabin is your own private space, whilst the available bathroom is in the back of the cabin itself and is shared with another tiny cabin on the property.

Your personal retreat is a small but romantic glamping like environment, immaculately clean and set in tones of dark and light wood awaiting at your arrival. With mesmerizing floor-to-ceiling windows that display some of Sedona's most heart-opening Red-Rock formations, all there is left to do is: prepare for your hikes and explorations in tranquillity.

Rest easily on an organic queen size mattress with organic cotton sheets.
In your own tiny cabin, there is a mini-fridge, drip coffee maker, microwave, and toaster.

Guest access
There is room for a parking space of your choice, either at the top of the driveway (NOT IN THE GRAVEL) Or park at the bottom of the driveway in 1 of the 2 spots to the left. The spaces are tight and can be hard to maneuver so just use caution and mindfulness.

There is an incredible little pathway delineated by a wooden fence, all to give privacy for you and the guests that may be sojourning in the main A-frame next door. The steps and gravel will cut a clear path for you to access the tiny cabin, and the majestic views will just take your breath away.

As mentioned above, the bathroom is a partially shared space, so please be mindful to leave it as clean as possible.

We are available for any questions, any time!
Just text or message us and we will respond immediately, we are happy to make suggestions on any local reference and hope to make your stay even more magical.

Other things to note
Tiny Glamping Cabin Rules / Manual

PARKING: The available spaces are pretty tight. Please try to be mindful of other guests who are also traveling through.

The Tiny clamping cabin was built right next door to a massive 3 bedroom Aframe, also an Airbnb.
Please park at the top of the driveway, NOT ON THE GRAVEL, and as close to the edge as possible.
Or park at the bottom of the driveway in 1 of the 2 spots to the left.

Follow the check-in instructions link
https://www.airbnb.com/reservation/check-in-guide/43256668
for better directions.

To respect each other’s privacy walk down the driveway and enter the tiny cabin using the graveled railroad ties steps to the bottom left of it. The (b) side is all for you, so please keep away from the main Aframe backyard to give other guests their private space.
They are instructed to do the same.

1) Eating & Drinking
We wish nothing more for you to take advantage of it all. However, ants and other critters love crumbs of all sorts on counters and floors. We do have a pest control service regularly scheduled; however, it is still a tiny cabin after all.

Please keep floors free of food, crumbs and etc. Thx!

Also, keep the doors closed as much as possible, to avoid bugs and various insects from flying in. Especially during spring and summer!

2) If you are making coffee or tea
All cups and the French press have to be washed by hand in the bathroom sink and wiped dry after. Make sure not to dump Coffee grounds down the drain but rather dispose of them in a trash bag before rinsing and cleaning the French press.

Please use paper plates and disposable cutlery for the rest.

3) No washer/dryer available either.
For laundering your belongings check out ( we will send you a link after the booking )

4) Hot Weather Air
Turn portable Air Conditioner ON and leave it on high, with temp set to 60 deg on the digital panel.

During the Months of:

June, July & August.
(Especially during the day), the temperature inside the tiny glamping cabin gradually goes up in the high 80’s, peaking right around 5 pm, before it starts to drop down again.

- The 14,000 BTU portable air conditioning unit works much better during the night. Where you can drop the temps in the 60’s if you like (super cold).

It is best to keep the door closed at all times and to keep all the shades down to protect the windows from the radiant Arizona sunlight, and allow faster cooling of the Cabin for the evening.

4.1) Cold Weather Air Instructions:
If it’s too cold, plug in and turn on the plug in heater on medium heat. It will warm up in no time.

5) Flushing toilets.
Do not use any Baby wipes or flush anything other than TP down the drain! It will clog, back up, and burn the $5k grinder pump motor. The cabin was built below the sewer lines; therefore, a grinder pump was necessary.

6) All White linen is for in house use only!
Not to be taken by the creek as the red sands will permanently stain them. We have a few beach towels for you to take down there as you please.

PS - There are washcloths for makeup removal available right by the sink!

* We will request reimbursement for each ruined piece of white towels and linens ($20 each)

7) Showering:
Please use a beach towel to dry out excessive spills, but try to prevent spills by adjusting the shower curtain liner inside the shower basin.

8) The hikes here are amazing;
Please remember to take your shoes off when walking back into the cabin. It makes a massive difference for our carpets, especially when it rains.

9) Outdoor / Indoor Fires:

NEVER ALLOWED, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES. There are constant fire bans in and around the city of Sedona, and the fines are up to $500 and or imprisonment per incident.

10) Please refrain from rearranging or moving any of the furniture around.
