The space

Charming apartment with a little garden and fireplace, in the old center of Copenhagen.

The flat is at the back yard, so it seems like a little house with a private garden / terrasse, where you can barbecue, drink your morning coffee in the sun, reading a good book! Also there is no traffic noise at all, only bird, and trees in the middle of old Copenhagen
The appartment is close to Latin quarter, The Kings garden, Round Tower, restaurants, clubs and cosy outside hang outs.

The apartment is in an excellent, central location. Very easy to walk to many sights, or the train is just a few blocks away. The main part of the apartment is very quiet and sunny (although the long daylight hours of summer can be hard to sleep through if you aren't used to it). A few nearby markets make it easy for self-catering.

Gro was extremely nice and helpful. Our flight from Paris to Copenhagen had been cancelled, we had to wait hours before being booked on another one, with entailed a great uncertainty on our arrival time. Gro was very understanding and adapted her own schedule in order to meet us at the flat in the evening, although she had a dinner with her friends. Her warm welcome was a great relief after a tiring day spent traveling. She trusted us for everything, which is not the case of all landladies, and she was very reactive when we had a question to ask. The flat is cosy and comfortable, very well equipped (the kitchen in particular, where you can find everything you need), with the charm of the old city; it is great to have breakfast or drinks on the little terrasse in the sun while hearing the birds sing in the garden next-door. The location is just ideal, the neighbourhood is lively, full of nice cafés, bars, restaurants and nice squares; the city library is just next door and there is a shop just around the corner, open till 22pm, where you can buy all you want. The main monuments, parks and museums are within walking distance, we did not have to take the metro. In a nutshell, we had a great time: thank you Gro and hope to see you next time! Gro's Apparments is really good located, center, near all the famous places in CPH. The communication was easy, and she was always available for any doubt. As another reviews (just a tip), it could be good to change the courtin to have a little bit more privacy, but, in the overall the place is nice, and as i said before, REALLY GOOD LOCATED.

Gro's town house is in an incredibly central area of Copenhagen which made our stay easy and hassle free! She welcomed us warmly and suggested some things to see. She even sent a follow-up message after the first night to see if everything was fine! So nice of her. She gave me the impression that I could contact her anytime if there were any questions or problems. In any case, I didn't need to do that as everything was just as described. I felt that she did her best to feel make us feel at home!
