The Rustic Modern Perch boasts breathtaking sunset views from multiple balconies, where you can relax and breathe in the crisp mountain air.
Relax among the treetops at this serene mountain escape, situated at an elevation of 7,200 feet. The home's design, featuring beautiful tongue-and-groove knotty pine and integrated tree trunks, creates a warm, rustic treehouse feel, while modern amenities ensure total comfort.
First Level:
> Enter through a convenient keyless entry into a practical mudroom, perfect for your outdoor gear.
> A washer and dryer are available for your convenience.
>The “kid cave” provides a fun space with two twin-size beds and a small TV with streaming options.
> Newly added bathroom with shower.
Second Level (Main Living Area):
> A stunning, modern kitchen fully equipped for creating masterpiece meals.

> All wheel drive and snow chains are a MUST in the winter. We will have the driveway plowed before you arrive but it is still icy and slippery. Feel free to sprinkle the provided snow melt salt on the path to help but please use extreme caution.
> Please take all trash out and secure in the trashcans outside
> Note: the kids room is on the FIRST floor and the parent room is on the THIRD floor. If you have very young children you may not want to book this place.
> Also, do not let toddlers on the pathway decking from the parking area. See photos to make an informed decision.
> We can rent to immediate household members only. Thank you for understanding.

Green Valley Lake is a quiet mountain community halfway between Lake Arrowhead and Big Bear Lake. It's only 5 miles to Snow Valley Mountain Resort for skiing. During summer months you can rent paddle boats, kayaks, and stand up paddle boards at the lake. Or just relax the swim beach or go fishing!

I also co-host for many other cabin owners in the San Bernardino Mountains. I love being in the mountains. Rock climbing, hiking, mountain biking, you name it. And I LOVE to help others experience these adventures by hosting their stay at a peaceful, mountain cabin.
